Potential Art theft.....

Alright....I am hopping mad abt this one. I saw the person's artand they are ALTERING MY SYNHOUNDS! I am pissed as anything...I can't believe that some one would change the details on my refsheet draw it a little better and call it something else! NOW DARE THEY! THEY ARE MY CREATIONS! I KNEW I SHOULDN'T HAVE PUT THAT REF UP FOR THEM!!!! this is what I get for it....it sickens me and I encourage ANYONE! to report art theft to the original artist. What we create are APART of OURSELVES! Not ment to be altered and copied to satisfy a popularity contest. If this incident does not end in my favor I am ending my DA account and I will be looking for a domain to house my art. I am just sickened with sadness and disapoitment.

although i feel that it is upsetting when someone copies your art i have say that posting a ref sheet is just asking for it. I mean i would never copy someone's art without mentioning them i was working on something in their style but people will just copy it... it is on the internet...

its some one here on DA...Its just uncanny how her "dog creatures" look exactly like my synhounds except with a few Balto like details. I can't say exactly who it is b/c I don't wanna start drama on this site, it has enough alredy...but I just want credit for being the inspiration of the creatures I don't want them taken down. I don't think that I am asking too much...but thanx for your support Kitty^^ I really apreciate it and perhaps when it all is over I'll say who it was :)

Thanx Syber yeah I am so mad abt it, they used my Synhound refsheet I made a long time ago and changed it just a little and put it in their style and blam! insta wanna be Syns! It makes me sick

Explody, you are so right. I figured that something like this was gonna happen but I thought otherwise at the time. All I want is to mentioned as the inspiration source thats all. I've never reported anyone before but its just strange how the "dog creatures" had wings and looked more like weredragon wolf things then all of a sudden they get a refsheet that is set up just like mine with the choices and every thing and they loose all their dragon features and wings? I submitted my sheet in January of this year and the person submitted theirs July 25th of this year! I might just take my sheet down if DA does nothing abt it. I don't want to loose all of my friends here and the great art that you all make it would be a waste just because of one person.

Yeah I just am hating it....but you're right immitation is the best form of flattery out there...but still It just made me so mad yesterday I got sick. I hope that DA does something abt it too and if not I am still gonna stay but just take down my ref for my Synhounds. This just aint right...but thanx girl you made me LOL XD :hug: :iconnewglomp:
